I cloned your form and noticed that you currently have four PDF documents linked from your PDF Editor. When sending PDF attachments through your autoresponder email, Jotform attaches only one document, and you need to select the correct one in the PDF properties to ensure the attached PDF reflects the desired title and content. Let me show you how:
- In Workflow Builder, click on the PDF Element and select the Gear icon to open the Properties.
- On the General tab, choose one from the options of the Send Submissions as PDFs section.
- Once done, click on Save.
Note that you can click on Edit when you hover your mouse over the PDF document to see which has your preferred Title by clicking the Gear icon on the top right side of the PDF Editor page before selecting which one.
