Missed confirmation email

    I assigned a document for two separate documents and only received one email back saying it was successful, but it did say on the screen that everything was successful

    Hi Susan,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Do you mean you signed two documents but you only received 1 email alert? I checked the mail log and confirmed that both email alerts were sent. Can you check your spam box or trash folder?

    If it's missing, I suggest that you whitelist Jotform domains. You can contact your email service provider or set up your email server to accept emails coming from Jotform. Whitelisting Jotform can improve your email deliverability and help your messages reach the inbox. You can check this guide on Whitelisting Jotform IP Addresses and Domains.

    You can also contact the Document owner and see if they can send you a PDF copy of the signed document.

    Hi Susan,

    I checked the email logs again, and both documents were processed successfully. I also went ahead and checked your email dustjw@msn.com, and it's not in the bounce list so you should be able to receive emails from Jotform. To help you find the missing email, try searching your inbox for these subject lines:

    • 16 White Cranberry-2026 was signed successfully!
    • 14 Red Cranberry-2026 - Updated July 2025 was signed successfully!

    If one still doesn’t appear, it may have been filtered out by your email provider. To help prevent this in the future, you can add noreply@jotformsign.com to your contact list or safe sender list, since this can improve deliverability for document confirmations.

    Also, as Jeric mentioned, feel free to reach out to the form owner directly as they can resend or provide a copy of the signed document if needed.
