I'd like the collaborator users permission to use the Ascending and Descending functionality when they click on the drop down menu at a column. Can you please tell me how? They do have Collaborator rights and I've checked the boxes Show print buttons and Show download button

Hi, thank you for contacting support.
Unfortunately, collaborators cannot modify the table settings, and that includes the submission sorting options. I have created a feature request ticket and will be forwarding it to our backend team for possible implementation. Please note that we can't give an ETA for when this will be implemented. Feature requests depend on the workloads of our developers and popularity among our users. But rest assured, we will inform you via this thread once this feature becomes available.
Let us know if you have any other questions or if you need further assistance. We will be happy to assist you further.

Hi there,
Thank you for your patience.
I’m happy to share that our engineering team has resolved this issue. Shared users can now sort data in Jotform Tables, whether they have Collaborator or Read-only roles.
Please note that only the owner’s sort settings are saved. For shared users, sorting works on the front end only and won’t be saved by the system. As a result, their sort settings will reset after a page refresh.
Let us know if you have any other questions or feedback.
Kind Regards,
