Add collaboration to a Smart PDF Form

I would like to add team members to my already existing jotform account. However, when I try to contact the Enterprise Sales team to do so, my personal email is not accepted and does not allow me to submit an inquiry/request. It states "Company email required." Please help

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Take note that adding new members to a team is available only with Jotform Enterprise plans. When contacting the Enterprise Sales team, they require a company or business email address to process your inquiry. This is why your personal email is not accepted in the contact form.

As a workaround, you can use the Form Collaborator feature to easily add collaborators to your forms and allow them to edit the forms. Let me show you how to do it:

1. In Form Builder, click on the Add Collaborators button in the upper right side of the panel and click on the Copy Link button.

Keep in mind that collaboration links expire after 72 hours. If you were previously able to edit the form but can no longer do so, it is possible that the form owner either changed your collaborator permissions or the collaboration link has expired.

Thank you for the quick response. I am still having trouble finding the "Add Collaborator" button on the form I have just built, 2025-26 Future Urban Leader Registration Application. The original form was built 2 years ago and each new year, I clone it, edit it, and use it for the upcoming year. Since it is a cloned form and not a new form, is this preventing me from adding collaborators? A phone call would be greatly appreciated. 608-393-7413. Thank you so much.

We don’t currently offer live phone support. If you have any questions, just reply to this thread, or you can create a Help Center thread from the Contact Us page. We’ll be happy to help. As to your concern, you can easily find the Form Collaboration feature in Form Builder. Let me show you how:

1. On your My Workspace page, select the form you want to share and click on Edit Form.
2. Then, click on the Add Collaborators button at the top right side of your screen.
3. Copy the link to share it with your collaborators.

I followed your instructions but still do not have the "Add Collaborators" option after clicking on "Edit Form."

Unfortunately, collaboration is unavailable for Smart PDF Forms. I've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developer Team. When or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
