Jotform Apps > Product List: Request for Same Features in Form Builder

Asked on July 25, 2025 at 10:21 AM

Hello, the features in Form 1 are much better compared to Form 2. However, neither of them is complete. In Form 1, it's not possible to add an image to the category, but in Form 2, it is. Form 2 has fewer features overall, but it works more like an app, which is better in some ways. Please pass this on to the development team and, if possible, ask them to complete and improve one of them.

If it's possible to add an image to the category in Form 1, that would be much better, since Form 1 has more features compared to the app-like version.

    Thank you for your attention.

    Hi Service360tap,

Thanks for waiting. While the feature you're looking for isn't available at Jotform right now, we've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers. Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

Just for your information, you can add or embed your form in your Jotform App. Let me show you how:

    1. In App Builder, on the left side part of the page, click on Add Element.

    2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Form.

    3. Now, go ahead and select the form you’d like to add to your App.

    4. Next, click on Add Form to officially add it into your App.

    1. Click the form, then locate the Gear icon on the right side to access the form’s properties.

    2. In the menu that pops-up, find the Show Form option, then toggle it to ON.

That's it. You've added your form into your App.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Thank you. Yes, I understand this model, but in reality, it's not considered a real app — it's still just a form. What I was hoping for is that the actual app would include these features. Anyway, we’ll be waiting for future updates. Thanks again to you and the development team.

For example, in the app, it's not possible to set two prices for a single product or to add a tax field

We wanted to work with the app, but it offers fewer elements compared to the form.

At the very least, if this option gets updated, we’ll be able to make great progress.

Jotform Apps > Product List: Request for Same Features in Form Builder Image 1 Screenshot 20Hello, I hope you are well. The options shown in the image are essential, and I genuinely need them. These features should be available in every store, but unfortunately, they are missing here. I believe the developers have overlooked this area. Would you agree that these features are critical for any store?

Their absence is significantly disrupting my workflow and preventing me from delivering certain services. Please communicate this feedback to the developers and, if possible, request that they consider adding these options in a future update. They are fundamental for a functional and efficient store setup. Thank you for your attention.
