A while ago, I sent a question that has already been answered.
I'd like to ask the same question to see if a similar feature has been implemented.
I need my students to use my AI agent on WhatsApp (WhatsApp API). But I need to validate that the student's WhatsApp number can chat with my agent.
My student has a monthly plan, and I need to always validate that they are up to date with their payments to use the chat feature with my AI agent. Only those who are up to date with their payments can use it.

Unfortunately, we still don't have an option to validate the user's WhatsApp number before proceeding with the conversation. While the feature you're looking for isn't available at Jotform right now, we've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers. Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

I’m really in need of this feature — I even upgraded to a higher Jotform plan.
I use a platform that manages my WhatsApp API number. In this platform, I can assign tags to clients and verify if their subscriptions are up to date. It also allows me to send webhooks during these validations.
So my question is: can I connect the same WhatsApp number from that platform to Jotform and perform the validation there before the AI agent (Jotform) starts the chat?

We haven't received any updates from the development team about the feature for checking if customers can chat with your AI agents via WhatsApp. We'll let you know right away in this thread once we have more information.
