    Hi Jon,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Let me help you with that:

To set up a database to save your data in Jotform, you can use Jotform Tables. Here's how:

    1. Go to My Tables and click Create Table in the upper-left corner.
    2. Select Start From Scratch to create a blank table where you can customize columns and data types.
    3. Connect your form to the table to automatically save submissions into this database.

You can also integrate with external databases like Airtable through Jotform's integration settings if you prefer.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Best regards,
    Jotform Support

    Hi Jon,

Can you explain a bit more about what is your requirement? So we can have a better idea and help with the correct set-up. But, if what you need is to save data, let's say from submissions made to a form of yours, that is done automatically, and the data is saved until you decide to delete the submissions. You can View Your Form Submissions on the Jotform Tables page in just a few easy steps. Let me show you how:

    1. On your  My Workspace page, choose your form and click on Submissions at the top of the page.
    2. Now, on the left side of your Jotform Submissions Table, you'll see a list of all of your submissions.

On the other hand, if you are referring to Jotform Apps, here's a guide about Building a Database App and a video on How to use Jotform app.

Reach out again if you have any other questions.

    Hi Jon,

So in this setup, the users are filling out the columns from Mon-Sat, right? The condition is the right way to do it, you just need to update the first condition so it can calculate, let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on the Settings.

    2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Conditions, then select the condition, and click on the Pencil icon to edit the condition.

    3. Set the condition like you see below, and click on Save.

    Hi Jon,

Unfortunately, it's not possible to add decimal places to the value added in the Input Table. To add the $ Sign in the KPI Product Sales # Per Day Input Table field, you will need to add additional conditions still using the Update/Calculate Field element. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, click on the Settings Tab at the top.

    2. Go to Conditions Tab on the left side panel.

    3. Click on the +Add Element button, then select Update/Calculate Field element.

How to save submission data from my form? Image 2 Screenshot 61As for the Weekly Totals column, just add the $ sign to the existing condition associated to the Input Table field.
