Unable to transfer form to another account

    Hello,


    Prior to transfer form I received an error message. Saying the form is connected to another product can you please assist?

    Hi ndebrosse,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The error message you’re seeing means the form is currently connected to another Jotform product, such as an App, Approval Flow, Payment Integration, AI Agent, or other active integrations. These connections prevent the form from being transferred to another account.

    To proceed with the transfer, you'll need to first disconnect the form from any associated Jotform products. Once it’s no longer linked, you should be able to complete the transfer without any issues.

    Hi ndebrosse,

    I have reviewed your form and can see that it is connected to a workflow. If you want to continue transferring it, you may need to disable or delete the workflow it is associated with. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.

    2. Click on Workflows in the menu on the left side of the page.

    3. Hover your mouse on the workflow, and select an action.

    Once done, you can try transferring your form again.
