How can I increase the 5MB limit for email attachments?

Now, coming back to your question, we are sending the emails via the AWS SES, and it has a total size limitation of 5MB. This is a limitation imposed by us to ensure that the email gets delivered. If the attachment's total size is more than 5 MB, the Notification emails will be sent without attachments. This is a standard limit for all users.

I recommend setting up your SMTP as your sender email. The attachment limit will then be determined by the email provider you use, such services allow up to 20MB of attachments. Let me walk you through setting it up:

1. Go to the Settings page while logged in to your Jotform account and click on Add Sender Email in the Sender Emails section.

2. In the window that opens, select your Email provider and click on the Continue button. I used Custom SMTP in this example.

3. Enter your email provider's details, click on Send Test Email to check if it’s set up correctly, and then click on Save.
