Insurance form 1500

I am looking for a simple program that allows me to fill out an Insurance 1500 form on my computer and then print the info on to a pre printed red-ink Form 1500 without involving Adobe Acrobat.

Is that something you have?

1. From My Workspace, click the orange + Create button.
2. Select Smart PDF Form.
3. Import the PDF file by clicking the Upload Document button or dragging it.

However, the requirement you need without showing red fort color is unsupported. Jotform isn't in control of the original PDF file that's imported. You'll need to edit it on another platform before importing it to the Smart PDF Form.
