Hi, good day.
I'm currently setting up an approval workflow in Jotform, but I’ve noticed that the notification email is not working as expected.
The email includes three buttons:

And from there, I'm not able to approve or reject the request, which breaks the approval flow.
Could you please help me identify what’s wrong or how I can fix it?

Hello Carlos,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned your form to check it on my end, and I noticed there are a few issues in the Approval Workflow. The alert you're seeing indicates how many problems exist in the flow. I recommend addressing each issue one by one, starting with the ones marked in red.
- The number of errors or problems in your Approval Workflow.
- Condition Branch with No Workflow – One of the condition elements isn’t connected to any approval or action, which means it won’t trigger any next steps.
- Missing Endpoints – Certain paths in the workflow do not end with an email, approval, or termination element, which can cause the flow to hang.
- I am assuming that Monday.com is like that because I cloned the form.
I can also see that you don't have a notification email on your main form. You can easily Set Up a Notification Email, so that you'll get an email after someone fills out your form. Let me show you how:
1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
3. Now, click on Add Email.
4. In the list that comes up, select Notification Email.
5. In the center of the next window, click on the Recipients tab.
6. Now, just enter your email address into the Recipient Email field, and click on Save. That's it, you're done.
