PipeDrive Integration: Fields mapped are grayed out

    Hi,

I've connected Jotform into my Pipedrive acct successfully. When I get to mapping my fields, the first couple are connecting ok (email and name) but the rest are greyed out. What's going on? I've tried to create custom feilds, that's not working and I see some of the fields I need greyed out on Pipedrive also.

Can you help? Is this a PD or Jotform issue?

    Peter

    Hi Peter,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.

Regarding your issue with Pipedrive integration, some fields are greyed out because Pipedrive supports only certain types of fields for mapping with Jotform. Common fields like Name and Email map easily, but others might be unsupported or restricted by Pipedrive, which is why they appear greyed out. Custom fields may also not work if they are not compatible with Pipedrive's field types.

This is primarily a limitation on the Pipedrive side rather than Jotform. To resolve this, ensure that the fields you want to map are supported by Pipedrive and correctly set up in your Pipedrive account. You can refer to Pipedrive's documentation on supported field types for integration.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Hello Peter,

Just to confirm, are you currently working on this form? Can you share with us the fields that you are trying to map into the Pipe Drive Integration so we can tun some test on this? Also, most of the time, the fields can be grayed out due to fields incompatibility. You may try changing the fields in your form to match it with Pipe Drive or the other way around. You might also want to check out this guide about How to Integrate Jotform With Pipedrive.

Once we have a better idea of what’s going on, we’ll be able to come up with a solution.
