Unable to submit the form

I'm having a few issues in my forms where I click buttons to continue after entering data into a field and nothing happens...

I have to press the button several times.

I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

I cleared your form caches to refresh them. Can you try it again and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue again, give us permission to do a test submission and see if we can replicate the issue.
