How do I get updates to save?

    We just became an affiliate and we are starting to sell the AI Agent and AI Presentations. I now have an AI Agent and an AI Presentation that does not retain the learning, and now won't save changes I make to the Avatar, title, greeting, etc. What is going on that I cannot update and edit my projects?

    It has happened on both the most recent projects. If we cannot edit our projects, your platform does not work for us or our clients. We have met with Brad about going to an Enterprise account. However, we wanted to work on the first few projects and start moving some over from other platforms.

    These ongoing issues are not generating confidence in the platform.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I tested my AI Agent and Presentation and wasn't able to replicate the issue. I was able to save changes to the Avatar, Title, Greeting, and Knowledge Base without any problems. Check out my screencast below: How do I get updates to save? Image 1 Screenshot 20 I optimized the form's performance by clearing the cache. Can you try clearing your browser's cache and see how it goes? If saving updates still doesn’t work, try editing your AI Agent in a different browser or switch to incognito mode. Check whether the issue occurs across other user accounts or devices, and ensure no browser extensions are interfering with functionality. If the problem continues, consider connecting to a different network to rule out connectivity-related causes.
