One of our forms () is no longer redirecting to a thank you page on submission. It is somehow showing an old thank you confirmation, rather than redirect. It's odd because even in the settings if I change it to the thank you confirmation message, the design doesn't match what's happening in reality.
We want the redirect to a new URL, but I wanted to share the details about the thank you confirmation design being off anyways. Almost as if the form is using cached settings.
You'll see in our settings we have it set to do thank you via a URL, but in our screenshot you can see the actual behavior.

Hi Tavan,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Are you referring to the embedded form? I cloned your form to take a closer look and noticed that the Thank You page is set to redirect to this link:
I also saw that there's a conditional Thank You page set up. These conditions may be overriding the default redirect, causing the form to show the conditional Thank You message instead of redirecting to the intended URL.
You may want to review the condition to see if it conflicts with the default Thank You page behavior. Let us know if you'd like help adjusting the condition or testing it further. To test this, you can disable the conditions and check if the issue persists.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

so unsure how it only recently started having this effect, but removing the
rules solved the problem. All set.
