How to automatically send Zoom meeting link from Appointment Scheduler

    How do I automatically send an email to the person who submitted the form after they select an appointment in Jotform, providing them with the necessary Zoom link. Zoom is integrated to schedule a meeting and I can see the meeting details in my Zoom account, however the Jotform submitter does not get the Zoom meeting details automatically send to them in the Autoreply message. Is there a way to automatically share the scheduled Zoom details?

    Hi Ana,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Jotform's Zoom integration can automatically create a Zoom meeting when someone schedules an appointment, but it doesn’t currently insert the Zoom meeting details into the Autoresponder email by default.

    If you're using the same Zoom link (such as for a recurring meeting), you can add it directly to your Autoresponder email. It's really easy to add that to your form. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings. 

    2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.

    3. Hover your mouse over your Autoresponder and click on the Pencil icon to customize it.

    4. Click on the Email Content window, then add the Zoom link. Click on Save on the bottom-right side of the Email Content window.
