Form says Over quota but usage on account says not full

    Hello,

    One of our active forms says it is over quota but our usage under our account shows none of our usage at capacity. How can we get this fixed?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. This could be a temporary issue, so I've cleared the form cache to fix any possible cache issues in the form. I checked and it is now showing:
