How to file submissions from different forms done by the same person into one, one-drive folder

I would like to be able to have different forms in the same app, completed by the same person to be put into a subfolder with the person's name so I can find all the forms they did in one place without having to go into each form folder.

I would also like to change the name of the file that comes into one drive

    Hi Brooke,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can do that using OneDrive integration. It's really easy to add that to your form. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
    2. Click on Integrations in the menu on the left side of the page.
    3. Search for OneDrive in the search bar.
    4. And connect to your form.

Just make sure all the forms you want to connect to OneDrive are using the same parent folder name. That way, submissions from different forms will be organized under the same main folder, and subfolders can be created using form fields like the user's name or email.

You can use the subfolder field in the integration to organize submissions by name. This makes it easy to find all submissions from the same person across different forms. Just be sure to use the same field, like Full Name or Email, in each form for consistency.

Give it a try and let us know if you need help.
