Appointment not working

    Hi

    We have a summer holiday booking form for appointments for a children's baking course with 3 appointment slots per day.

    Each appointment is for a maximum of 2 families, with a maximum of 4 people in each family. Making the maximum total 8 people on each time slot.

    Therefore we should have 2 form submissions per appointment time

    However, while most of the appointments have been booked out correctly, the system is not showing some of the appointments that are still available.

    Looking at the submissions we have received, we should still have appointments available for the following dates:

    11/08/25 2pm 1 appointment

    18/08/25 12.30pm 1 appointment

    18/08/25 2pm 1 appointment

    BUT , these appointments are showing as fully booked. Please could you advise why?

    I have checked this, and the appointment limitations worked fine for the other dates, just not these ones.

    Other dates are correct for the limits

It could be caused by incomplete or draft submissions that are reserving slots without completing the booking, or a syncing issue if you use calendar integrations like Outlook.

    Save and Continue later is disabled

    We are not syncing with another calendar
