    Hi GAFA2025,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When I cloned and tested your form, I experienced the same issue. I noticed that there are eight tab titles in the widget, but the form only has seven pages. To help us look into this, could you confirm if the “FORM 1: EVENT GUIDE AND WEBSITE ENTRY” section is meant to be on its own separate page? Currently, it’s part of Page 1, but it has its own tab title in the widget.

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.
