I am trying to transfer my form, but it says it’s connected to another Jotform product. I don’t know which one. Please help me identify and disconnect it.

    Hi Yared,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.

Your form cannot be transferred because it is connected to other Jotform products such as Jotform Apps, Jotform Store Builder, or Jotform Workflows. To transfer your form, you need to identify and remove these connections.

Here’s how you can check and disconnect:

    1. Review your form's Tables: Ensure there are no connections to other forms via tabs or action buttons.
    2. Check for Workflows: Make sure the form is not part of any Workflow or assigned in Workflow elements.
    3. Inspect Jotform Apps: Confirm the form is not included in any Jotform App elements like Sentbox or Report.
    4. Remove Payment Connections: If your form uses reusable payment connections, disconnect them from the form.

Once all these connections are removed, you should be able to transfer your form successfully.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Hi Yared,

There are important notes to ensure successful transfer.

    • The forms should not be connected to Jotform products like Jotform Apps, Store Builder, or Workflows. Remove these connections if present.
    • If you are a HIPAA user, form transfers are not allowed.
    • Forms should not have connections to AI Agents, Workflows, or be included in other forms' Tables or Jotform Apps elements.

I checked your form, and it looks good to be moved to another account. Also, clear your browser's cache and cookies. Once you are done, close your current browser session and log in to your account on a fresh browser session.

Can you go ahead and try it again and let us know how it goes? If the same thing happens again, we'll investigate it more to see if we can figure out what's going on.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Hi Yared,

I checked out your form and saw that it's connected to Jotform Apps and an AI Agent. To transfer it to another account, you’ll need to disconnect it from all of those first.

Below are the apps and AI Agent where you've connected the form with. Though it seems you've deleted them already, try purging them as well in the Trash:

It's easy to purge assets in the Trash. Let me show you how:

    1. On your Workspace page, click on Trash in the menu on the left.

    2. Next, check the box next to a deleted asset, then click on Purge at the top.

    3. In the window that opens, click on Delete, and you're done.
