This error has been reported by many other users. I do not have this issue on any other portals. I was also checking all other forms that I have embedded in my giveforasmile.org an they all show fine.

I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything worked the way it should. Check out the screencast below to see my results:
Before we escalate this to our developer team, can you take a recording of what's happening when you click on the fields in Form Builder and share the link with us? You can upload the video recording to any public sharing platform like Google Drive, YouTube, or Dropbox and share the public link with us. You can also use Loom to record the video and share the video link with us here.
Also, can you try logging out of your account, clearing the browser caches, or using a different browser or an Incognito Window to see if the same thing happens?

I can't upload the quick video. It basically shows, accessing the form then when I click on the cuilder, it all shows in normal language. BTW I had someone else opened and it was ok on his PC, but mine nad my wife's continue to be the same.

Thanks for sharing the details about the issue where the form fields show in English when clicking on them in the Form Builder, while on other devices it appears normal. Since the problem seems to be specific to your and your wife's PCs, here are some steps to try that might resolve the issue:
- Clear your browser cache completely to remove any stored data that might be causing the language display issue.
- Try accessing the Form Builder in a different browser or use an Incognito/Private browsing window to see if the issue persists.
- Log out and log back into your Jotform account to refresh your session.
If these steps do not resolve the issue, it might be related to browser extensions or settings on your PCs. You may also want to check if your browsers are fully updated.

odd that two computers are experiencing the same error at the same time. I am puzzled. Opened it in my phone and can see it ok. Ok I'll check my PC for viruses... I guess. Thank you for your help and support
