Hi Ruben,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I recalculated your form's upload limit and cleared your form cache. It appears that you're currently exceeding your upload space, using 1.62 GB out of your 1.00 GB allowance. To free up space, you need to delete submissions that contain file uploads and make sure to purge them from the trash as well. Let me show you how to do it:

1. On your My Workspace page, select a form with submissions and click on the Submissions button at the top of the page.

2. In Submission tables, select a submission, then click on the Delete button on the top right of the page and click on the Move to Trash button on the confirmation window.

3. Now click on the Three Dots icon beside the tables tab on the top, then click on Trashed Entries.

4. Finally, select deleted submissions, then click on the Delete Forever button and click on the Delete button on the confirmation window.

You can also download your submissions before deleting them so you can have a backup. You can check out our guide on How to Download Form Submissions as Excel, CSV, or PDF.

I checked your account and your Upload Space limit is now down to 0 MB. I've gone ahead and cleared your form caches. After deleting and purging your submissions, I suggest Clearing your Form Caches to refresh your forms. Let me show you how to do this:

1. On your My Workspace page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.

2. In the dropdown menu, click on Settings.

3. In the Settings menu, click on Clear Cache. And that's it, you're done.
