Form Link not working

Hi there!

I have a form called Wellness Fair 2025 and I have copiued the link to a QR code and it will not pull up the link no matter what I do. I have attempted to trouble shoot it and it is costly me business everyday it doesn't work.

I've never expereinced this issue before and I did attempt to copy the form and try with another. Not sure what is wrong, please advise.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your form and can see that it was set Private. This means that only people who you invite can access your form after they sign into their Jotform Account. 

You can change the status of your form from Private to Public. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
2. Click on Private Form next to Share With Link, and then select Public Form in the window that opens.

That's it. Now, anyone filling out your form won't be asked to create a Jotform account.
