mrjdmillsAsked on July 17, 2025 at 6:34 PMI’m renting equipment and I would like to include before pictures of the equipment in the agreement form. Then the renter signs the agreement form and the equipment is rented and then after equipment is returned, I'd like ot add after pictures of the equipment, so it’s attached with the original agreement. I would take the pictures in both instances.

Hi Jon,
If I understand correctly, you want to collect the before and after pictures of the equipment and only collect the after picture later on. Is that right? If so, you can add another two File Upload widgets to your form. One is for the before pictures of the equipment, and the other one is for the after pictures of the equipment, and then using conditional logic, you can hide the File Upload widget for after pictures of the equipment and only show it if the form is accessed using an edit link. Let me show you how to do it:
1. In Form Builder, add two File Upload widgets to your form.
2. Click on Settings in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen.
3. In the menu that opens on the left side of the page, click on Conditions.
4. Click on the Pencil icon of your 1st condition.5. Copy the conditional logic settings below.
6. Click on Save on the lower part of the page. You can clone my demo form as a reference. Now, once the form is edited, the After Picture of Equipment field will show on the form. If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better?
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.
