Hi rmars_tattoos,
Thanks for reaching out to us for help regarding your upload space issue. I understand that despite clearing cache, deleting forms, and purging trash, your storage space remains full and your forms have been disabled for over a month. I checked your account upload space limit, and currently you are using 162.26 MB / 100.00 MB.
From what you described, it seems you have already deleted submissions and purged the trashed entries, yet the storage usage still shows a higher value than the actual size of your files. This can happen because deleted submissions remain in the Trash for 30 days before they are permanently deleted, and only after purging the Trash will the storage space be freed up. Since you mentioned purging and waiting for recalculation, the issue might be related to a delay in the system updating the storage usage or some residual data still occupying space.
I suggest checking the trash because the reach upload space is about the attachments of the form responses. Let me show you how:
- Go to My Tables and select the table where you want to delete form responses or uploads.
- Click on View table.
To delete a single entry, proceed as follows:
- Open the menu of the entry via the three-dot symbol in the first column of the table.
- Select Move to trash in the menu.
3. Confirm that you would like to delete the entry.
If you want to remove form responses from the trash:
- Open the Main Tab menu using the icon with the three-dot symbol next to it.
- Click the Trashed Entries menu and in the Trash area on the right, select the submissions you would like to delete and then select Delete Forever.
- Finally, select Delete in the confirmation dialog.
If you only would like to delete the upload, proceed as follows. In the table, you will now see all form responses that contain uploads. You can now delete the entire form response as described above, or just the upload.
- In a form response, click in the column where the upload is.
- You can now download the upload and also remove it if you click on the trash icon.
- Confirm that you really would like to delete the upload.
Give it a try and let us know if you have any further questions.
