How to close the Podo pop up in My Workspace page

And Podo, please stop popping up on the Jotform console to see if I need help, its very annoying and you block important controls on the AI.

Do you mean the chatbot when you are accessing the My Workspace page? If that's the case, you can simply hover your mouse at the upper right side of the chatbot and the X icon will appear to close the popup. Take a look at the screenshot below to see the icon:If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better? If you can take a screenshot of what’s happening, that'll help us to understand better what’s going on. Let me show you how to post a screenshot to our Help Center:

1. On the Help Center page, scroll down to the Your Answer section and click on the Image icon.

2. Drag and drop your image into the Upload box, or click on it and select your file.

3. Then, click on the Add button in the bottom-right corner of the window.

4. To resize it, click on your screenshot and then click on one of the boxes in the corners, and drag it inward.

5. Once you're finished, click on the Post Answer button at the bottom right of the Your Answer section.

Thanks for following up on my complaint about Podo! This was a secondary issue, but I appreciate you following up on it.

Yes, I realize you can close his pop-up, but he pops up EVERY TIME I GO TO MY FORM LIST!

I realize you want people to be aware he's there, but I've seen him 50 times now, and I know he's there if I need him!

Below is a screenshot of what I'm talking about when he gets in the way. It's just annoying that he pops up and blocks part of the screen and I keep having to dismiss him.

In the screenshot, I am trying to get to the menu items that are behind him. He usually pops up right as I hit the drop down more menu, so I have to stop and dismiss him, which disrupts my train of thought.

Again, not a huge deal, but very annoying when it happens.

Thanks for sharing yourfeedback, and we completely understand how frustrating it can be when the Podo pop-up keeps interrupting your workflow, especially when it's blocking access to form menu controls.

While Podo is designed to assist users when needed, we see how frequent pop-ups can get in the way. Unfortunately, there's currently no permanent setting to disable Podo across sessions, but we’ve passed your input along to our Developers for review. For now, dismissing the pop-up manually remains the best workaround, but we’ll keep you updated if new control options become available.

While the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available at Jotform right now, we've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developers. Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
