To switch your account to a monthly plan, you can update your subscription settings directly in your account. Go to your account settings, find the billing or subscription section, and select the monthly plan option. Let me know if you need detailed steps or help with this process!

Hi vikram_raman,
I checked your account and can see that you have recently upgraded your account. Note that the system does not allow a direct switch from yearly to monthly within the same subscription, so canceling the yearly plan and subscribing to monthly is the way to go. Keep in mind that you are currently on the welcome Bronze Yearly discount rate that applies only to the annual plan. If you choose to switch to the monthly subscription, your monthly plan will be charged at the regular rate. You can view the regular pricing on our Pricing page.
If you want to request a refund for your latest invoice. Just log in to your paid account and fill out our Refund Request form. Our relevant team will email you once they’ve had a chance to look into it. The refund process takes around 5–7 working days. After that, you can subscribe to Jotform on a monthly plan.
