Hello Jotform support team,
I have a user with an issue I emailed about in May, it was suggested that we clear the cache but it seems the issue still persists. When submitting a form the user will intermittently not receive the pdf, and when attempting to retrieve it from the submissions table it will sometimes download (with the PDF option on the website) as a a.j.-terry rather than a PDF. I find this odd as the other times it will download regularly with a.j.-terry.pdf at the end instead. Please advise and thank you for your assistance.

Hi crossland,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Based on your screenshot, it could be because of the dot in AJ which messed up with the filename. I checked your PDF settings and saw that the filename format is set to this:
Can you try doing a test submission where the value for Person Completing Audit is without a dot in it and see if the issue persists?
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
