Conditionally Redirect Form Fillers Based on Dates' Availability

Hi there,

I have multiple links on my school website that take a user to my form based on the class they choose.

There are 12 possible classes all using appendages that will open the form according to their choice.

For instance, if the user chooses Cohort 90, the URL is appended with "?cohort=90"

This opens the form and shows the Weekly Appointment widget for Cohort 90 which is being used to track the available seats for this particular class.

In the event the class is booked and the link is still accessible on the website, I need the following to happen.

I am attempting to have a (hidden) HEADING field SHOW that lets the user know that they need to select a different time slot. In this state, I also have a condition that would redirect the user back to my website (to choose a different time slot) when they submit. At this point, I also have an email trigger that will alert the Web Dev team that the class is sold out, so they can make the link inactive on the website.

My thought is to repeat the following process for all 12 classes:

Following instructions I found online, I created a condition that states: IF Cohort = 90 AND Cohort 90 (appointment field) is EMPTY, then SHOW HEADING that states "Appointment Full". Using the same logic I have another condition that will trigger the redirect and another for the email. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to work.

I tested a different approach that would Calculate a field's value (assuming I can use this as the trigger). It is set up to put a "0" in a field marked availability. This doesn't work either.

I have noticed that if I eliminate (although necessary), the IF Cohort=90 part of the rule and retain the Cohort 90 (appointment field) condition, the rule "attempts" to work.

BUT, after the appointment field fully loads, the rule negates.

I cloned your form, and went through all the conditions, and I'm afraid I need more description of the issue, and your goal.
