Hi Josh,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.
Regarding your question about the missing ending button on your form, Jotform forms do not have a specific "ending button." If you want to close or disable your form, you can do so by changing the Form Status in the Form Builder under Settings. You can set your form to be disabled manually or automatically based on a specific date or submission limit.
Here’s how to disable your form:
- Go to the Form Builder and open your form.
- Click on Settings at the top.
- Open Form Status and select Disable or set an expiration date or submission limit.
This will effectively close your form to new submissions.
Let us know if you need further assistance.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hi Josh,
The "ending button" you mentioned is not a standard feature in Jotform. If it disappeared, it might be due to form settings or customizations. To close your form, use the Form Status option under Settings to disable it or set an expiration date.
Here’s how:
- Open your form in Form Builder.
- Click Settings.
- Under Form Status, choose Disable or set expiration.
This will stop new submissions effectively.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hi Josh,
If the submit button is missing, it might be hidden or removed accidentally in the Form Builder. Please check the form's design to ensure the Submit button is present and not hidden by any conditions or custom CSS.
To fix this:
- Open your form in Form Builder.
- Look for the Submit button at the bottom of the form.
- If missing, add a new Submit button from the form elements.
This should restore the ability for users to submit the form.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hi Josh,
I’m sorry to hear that your users can’t submit the form because the Submit button is not showing. For now, I have cleared your form caches. Could you please check again and let us know if you’re still experiencing the same problem?
Just to share a quick update, I opened your form and the Submit button appeared on the last page as expected. Here’s a screencast for your reference.
Looking forward to hearing back from you.
