Form Fields Don't Show

I'm editing a form, and a field that I've marked as required doesn't show and the field i added doesn't show in the form preview or when I publish it. The top of the screenshot is the fields in the Build view and the bottom is the form after I publish the form.

Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. Here are few things you can check on why the fields are not showing in published mode or live mode.

A. Check if the fields are properly added and not hidden: Sometimes fields might be accidentally hidden, or conditional logic might be affecting their visibility. Review your form's conditions and field visibility settings in the Build tab.

B. Clear your form cache: Cached versions of your form might cause display issues. You can clear your form cache to ensure the latest changes appear. For guidance, see our help on How to Clear Your Form Cache. Let me show you how:

1. On your My Workspace page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.

2. In the dropdown menu, click on Settings.

3. In the Settings menu, click on Clear Cache. And that's it, you're done.

C. Verify the form is enabled and published correctly: Make sure your form is enabled and published. Disabled forms or incorrect publishing can cause fields not to show.

D. Preview your form in different browsers or incognito mode: This helps to rule out browser caching or extension conflicts that might hide fields.

E. Check for any conflicting widgets or integrations: Sometimes widgets or integrations might interfere with field display. Temporarily disable them to test.

In line with this, when I cloned and tested your form, everything worked the way it was supposed to. Take a look at the screenshot below to see my results:

I have cleared form caches to refresh the form. Can you go ahead and try it again and let us know how it goes? If the same thing happens again, we'll look into it more to see if we can figure out what's going on.
