I use forms for future tenants to post their candidature for apartments we put up for rent ) I have no a trial account on the email mentioned but I like to disconnect my account from Microsoft as I don't use their email solutions, so the email sent to the address mentioned above I cannot read. When changing the address I have to input a code but I don't receive that code. Is it possible tot change the email address to raf@vastgoed-lamfert.be

Hi Raf,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Just to confirm, do you want to replace the email address associated with your Jotform account? If so, it's easy to change it. Let me show you how:
- Click on your Avatar to go to My Account page.
- Then, click on Account on the left panel.
- After that, click on Edit and add your new email address. You will receive a verification email to confirm the change.
You can also check this guide on How to Change Your Account Email Address to learn more. I also check the Email Logs and the code was sent to your email successfully. If you're not receiving the code, check your Spam folder if there are emails from Jotform there.
