    Bot popping up too frequently not allowing users to scroll and enjoy their shopping experience.

    Hi Dremon,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If your Jotform AI Agent chatbot is appearing too quickly and disrupting the user experience, especially on shopping or landing pages, you can easily adjust its behavior from the Publish tab of your AI agent. Let me walk you through it:

    1. Open your AI agent in AI Agent Builder, in the purple navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.

    2. In the menu that appears on the let side of the screen, click on Chatbot.

    3. Under Open by Default, click on Always open, and then select Do not open automatically.

    I have that setting selected and still am having the same issue.

    4. Test the chatbot on different browsers or devices to see if the issue persists across platforms.

    I checked your AI Agent, and it appears that you already have selected the Do not open automatically from the Open by Default feature. Check out my screenshot below:

    1. In App Builder, click on Publish on the blue navigation bar at the top of the page.
