Created App Suddenly Missing or No Longer Accessible

I have spend hours designing my app for my clients, many have it on their phone. Some have informed me it stopped working and now I cannot find it anywhere. I did not delete it. Is there anyway to get it back?! I would be so happy because I do not want to spend the same amount of time building a new one.

I attempted to access the app using the link you provided and encountered the same issue the app appears to be unavailable or cannot be found. I can look into this for you. I’ll just need access to your account to do that. Don't worry, you can disable that again after we're done checking things out. Let me show you how to do it:

1. In the upper-right corner of your My Forms page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.

2. In the small window that opens, click on Settings.

3. In the panel on the left, click on the Security tab.

4. Then, on the bottom-right side of the page, toggle Jotform Support Access to the On position.

I accessed and checked your account, but I couldn’t locate the app. It’s possible that it was accidentally and permanently deleted. Unfortunately, permanently deleted apps cannot be recovered. While it may take some time to recreate your team, you will need to create a new app.
