Plan options for signed documents, form automations and multiple users

We are current Jotform users and are interested in using Jotform to manage reservations for our ministry property. We’d like to explore plan options that would allow for signed agreements, form automation, and multiple users if possible.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. All plans include access to signed documents and form automation features, but usage is subject to each plan's limits. Additionally, all plans are single-user only. You can review detailed plan limits and pricing on our Pricing page.

If you require multiple users and more advanced collaboration features, Jotform Enterprise is the best fit. It also offers options for local data residency, dedicated support, and unlimited forms, submissions, and e-signatures.
