Jotform email address update not working.

    I have two jotforms where I have updated the recipient's email. However, the update is not working.

    Regarding your issue with updating the recipient's email on your forms, please ensure the following:

    • Verify that the new recipient email addresses are correctly entered in the notification settings of each form.
    • Check your spam or junk folder to ensure emails are not being filtered there.
    • Make sure your email is not on Jotform's bounce list by checking your Account Settings.

    I have done all of this. It is clear that the recipients list has not been saved.

    Hi AgFirst,

    Thanks for the update. Since the recipient list changes are not saving, please try clearing your browser cache or using a different browser to make the updates. Also, ensure you click the Save button after updating the recipient emails in the notification settings.

    If the issue persists, you might want to try duplicating the form and setting the recipient emails again in the new copy.

    I checked the recipients of the forms and it seems that you have added multiple email addresses. Can you tell us the email recipients that were not successfully added and which email notification is it as well? You can send us a screenshot here so we can directly check it.

    If you can take a screenshot of what’s happening, that'll help us to understand better what’s going on. Let me show you how to post a screenshot to our Help Center:

    1. On the Help Center page, scroll down to the Your Answer section and click on the Image icon.

    2. Drag and drop your image into the Upload box, or click on it and select your file.

    3. Then, click on the Add button in the bottom-right corner of the window.

    4. To resize it, click on your screenshot and then click on one of the boxes in the corners, and drag it inward.

    5. Once you're finished, click on the Post Answer button at the bottom right of the Your Answer section.
