    Hi SwannKeys,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support.  You asked how to link multiple Jotforms within a main form on your website here’s how you can do that:

    1. In JotForm Tables, you can create a new tab and select Connect to Form to pull in submission data from other forms. This allows you to manage and view responses from multiple forms in one central table. You can even create lookups or rollups that update automatically when new data is submitted.

You can easily create a new tab and filter data to view specific details in Jotform Tables. Let me show you how to create a new tab first:

    1. In Jotform Tables, click on New Tab at the top of the page next to your tabs.

    2. In the menu that opens, select Table and click on Next.

    3. Now, select Connect to form, and click on Next again.

    4. Select the same form, and click on Next.

    5. Then, click on the Checkbox next to Select All at the top of the page, and click on the Create button, and you’re done.

    1. While in Jotform Tables, click on the Filter button next to the search bar.

    2. In the menu that opens, click on All Submissions

    3. In the dropdown menu, you can filter submissions by All Submissions, Unread, Read, Starred, or Unstarred within a specific timeframe.

    4. Once you’re done, click on Apply Filter.

    2. Share or Link Form URLs, each form has its own unique URL. You can easily find your form's URL in Form Builder. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
    2. In the Quick Share tab, click on Copy Link in the Share With Link section.

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
    2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Embed.
    3. Now, select the embed option you want to use, and click on Copy Code. (I used the iFrame method only to show in this case.)
    4. Paste your code into your webpage's embed area, and that’s it.
