How to clone a form to another account?

I have a question regarding account management. If I create forms and build approval workflows in one Jotform account, is there a way to share or copy those forms and workflows to a different Jotform account?

If so, could you please provide the steps or requirements to do this?

    For example:

    • Can I transfer ownership of a form and its associated workflow?
    • Or is there an option to duplicate or clone the form/workflow into another login?

    Hi Anshu,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.

Regarding your question, you can transfer ownership of forms between Jotform accounts, but approval workflows cannot be transferred or copied to another account.

    Here’s how to transfer forms:

    1. Go to the Data page of your account.
    2. Click the Transfer Forms button at the bottom.
    3. Enter the verification code sent to your email.
    4. Select the forms you want to transfer.
    5. Click Transfer Forms to send the request.

The new owner must accept the transfer request to complete the process.

Note that workflows and other connected products like Jotform Apps or AI Agents cannot be transferred between accounts.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Hi Anshu,

Cloning an Existing Form From a URL is easy. Let me walk you through it:

    1. On your My Workspace page, click on Create on the top-left side of the page.
    2. Select Form from the assets, and then click on Import Form.

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.
