Hi,
I am creating a supplier pre-qualification form for new suppliers. The first stage of the workflow will be a document check, and the idea I have is that if something is incorrect, that an edit link e-mail is sent to the supplier so that they can edit.
My question is: If the supplier edits the form, is it treated as a new submission, and does it restart the workflow?
Many Thanks,
Vicki

Hi Vicki,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If a submission was edited, it won't be treated as a new submission, but it can restart the workflow. There's a setting that you can disable to prevent the flow from restarting when a submitted was edited. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, click the downward arrow icon at the top and select Workflow Builder.
- In Workflow Builder, go to Settings.
- Then, choose Disabled on the Restart Workflow On Submission Edit option.
Give it a try and let us know if you need more help.
- In Form Builder, click the downward arrow icon at the top and select Workflow Builder.

Hi Vicki,
To avoid confusion, I moved your other question to a new thread and helped you with that here.
