Hi there,
In the workflow, I want to be able to direct to a different form based on a specific question.
However, in the drop-down menu to select a form, the ones I need are not showing.
See the attached screenshots for context.
How do I access the forms I need in the workflow to direct the user to the correct form based on an answer?

Hi Sherif,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The reason some forms are not appearing under the "Select a Form" section is that they may already be connected to a different Workflow. Take note that each form can only be linked to one workflow at a time, and it won't appear as an option if it's already assigned to another.
This is to prevent conflicts, as having the same form in multiple workflows could interfere with different procedures and disrupt the current workflow.
