AI Agent: How to remove Shipping options button

We do not offer shipping, how do I remove the default setting as per the screenshot?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your website and I believe you'd like to remove the View Shipping Options from the chat box. Here's how to do it:

1. In AI Agent Builder, click on Channels on the left side of the page.
2. Click on Chatbot on the left side of the screen.
3. Click on the Gear icon to access the Chatbot settings.
   
4. Hover your mouse over the button that you want to delete, then click on the Trash Can icon.
