Workflow: How to notify other Approvers that the submission is already approve?

Is there a way to notify the remaining approvers once the first approval has been received and the decision validated?

At the moment, it can cause confusion when the second or third approver isn’t aware that a prior approval has already taken place.

Yes, it is possible by adding an Email Element after the Approval Element. By adding this element, once the Approval is made, this will be triggered to the set recipient. I'll walk you through it:

1. In Workflow Builder, click on the Workflow Elements on the left side part of the builder. 
2. Click on the Email element and drag and drop it to the Workflow builder and connect it under your Approval Element.
3. Then, click on the Envelope icon to open the Email Properties.
4. In the window that opens, under Recipient Tab, type the Approvers Email and then click on Save.
