User not receiving notification

    Support please assist to check and remove Ekis.Steve@otdfpng.org from block list.


    User not receiving any notifications.

    Hi OTDF,

    I checked the email address, and it's not on the bounce list, so they should receive the Notification Email. You may ask them to check their Spam or Trash folder. Also, can you check your account email history and see if the emails are getting sent? Let me show you how:

    1. In My Workspace page, click your avatar on the top right.
    2. Click on Settings.
    3. Go to History on the left menu.User not receiving notification Image 1 Screenshot 20

    This should show you if the emails are getting sent. You can also follow this guide on How to View Your Form Email Logs.

    Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
