Hi Jade,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Regarding your question about who is considered a user and the package suitable for your situation where you log in yourself but have a team of 50+ people using your app, the key point is how users are defined in Jotform plans.
Typically, a user refers to an individual with their own login account to access Jotform features directly. If only you log in and manage the account, but others use the app to fill it up without logging in, you are the sole user in terms of Jotform licensing. You can also check the Pricing Page for our regular plans.
However, if your team members need to log in to Jotform to manage forms, submissions, or collaborate, then each would require a user license.
For a team of 50+ people, Jotform Enterprise is usually the best fit. It allows multiple users under one organization with role-based access and collaboration features. If you want to explore this option, you can contact Jotform Enterprise Sales for detailed information and pricing.
