    Hi Rosalind,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.

It seems you are having trouble saving your updated form information. To assist you better, could you please provide more details about the issue? For example, are you seeing any error messages or is the save action simply not responding?

Meanwhile, here are some quick checks you can try:

    • Ensure you have a stable internet connection while saving the form.
    • Try clearing your form cache to resolve any caching issues.
    • Check if the form is enabled and not disabled or deleted.

If the problem persists, please share any error messages or specific behaviors you notice.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Hi Rosalind,

When you say you're saving your form information, do you mean the changes you made in the Form Builder aren’t showing up when you preview the form? All changes made in the Form Builder are saved automatically, so they should appear on the live form right away.

If you still experience the issue, you can share with us a screen recording of what’s happening so we can try to replicate it on our end. You can share the video recording on any public sharing platform like Google Drive or Dropbox, or you can simply use Loom to record the video and share the video link with us.

Or if you mean you're trying to save your progress while filling out the form but the save button isn’t working, feel free to share the form link so we can take a closer look. When you save a draft while logged into your Jotform account, an email with the draft link should be sent to you automatically. I checked your email logs and didn’t see anything related to that, so if you can give us more details, we’d be happy to dig into what’s going on.

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.
