How to add an attachment to Jotform submission?

I am inquiring if attachments such as resignation notices can be attached to an employee change form JotForm submission. Please advise.

Hi Kylee,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked and see that you are already using a File Upload element on your form, where users can upload an attachment to it, such as images and PDF Files.

Was this issue already resolved?
