I'm stuck on the verify email request

    I'm stuck in a loop on a "verify email" request. It tells me to enter my email to receive a code. It tells me to check my email for the code. I do. But when i go to enter the code, the field has reset to the "enter email" step. If i tell it to send another code, the first code no longer works. So im stuck. I am using a chrome browser on an android phone. I tried incognito mode, same thing. I need to verify my email! Please help

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you try it on a different browser? If the same thing happens again, can you share with us a screen recording of what’s happening? You can share the video recording on any public sharing platform like Google Drive or Dropbox, or you can simply use Loom to record the video and share the video link with us.
