I keep getting tangled up on the project I'm working on

I am old, have used jotform with a community hall where I volunteered and now would like to use it for a personal project. I keep getting tangled up in my application and I need help.

I am trying to organize a group of women (about 20) to stage a fundraising event for a few local not-for-profit organizations. I am sending out a blanket email and asking for responses indicating interest, availability, skills, etc. When I used Jotform in my previous role as an event co-ordinator (I assume the organization had a business account of some sort) I was able to create forms and have the responses directed into a spreadsheet that allowed me to know at a glance what I needed to know.

I had started to create a form in what I assume is a free account, but now I can't access it or my account - whatever sort that may be. I love the convenience of Jotform, but as an individual trying to organize a volunteer event and a senior on a fixed income, I'm not willing to subscribe to a level that costs money. I suspect I may be out of luck with Jotform and will need to find another platform for my questionnaire.

Are you working on the Heather's Crazy Scheme..... form? If so, I was able to access the form and I don't see any issue on your account that will cause for you not to be able to log in. Can you explain more what issue are you experiencing? Are you getting an error?

If you can take a screenshot of what’s happening, that'll help us to understand better what’s going on. Let me show you how to post a screenshot to our Help Center:

1. On the Help Center page, scroll down to the Your Answer section and click on the Image icon.

2. Drag and drop your image into the Upload box, or click on it and select your file.

3. Then, click on the Add button in the bottom-right corner of the window.

4. To resize it, click on your screenshot and then click on one of the boxes in the corners, and drag it inward.

5. Once you're finished, click on the Post Answer button at the bottom right of the Your Answer section.

That's it. Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

Thank you for all your support with this. With your continued guidance, I completed the form, linked it, tested it by completing it myself...and it all works!! My Google sheet has accepted my info and I'm ready to receive a bunch of responses to my email.
