Dear all, good afternoon,
We are receiving emails about test forms.
However, these tests were not performed by us.
This was a Jotform support action. Could you please not send them for approval, as these forms end up being subject to the managers' approval process.

If these tests were performed by Jotform support, we kindly ask that they not be sent for approval, as they are being routed to the managers' approval queue.

Hi Vonex,
Thanks for reaching out to us regarding the test form submissions you have been receiving. Normally Jotform does not submit or perform any test submission without the permission of the form owner. But since you have multiple tickets created an agent might have submitted a test submission for further investigations. To address your concern, we will ensure that these test submissions are not sent for approval and do not get routed to your managers' approval queue. This will help avoid any unnecessary approval processes for forms that were only tests by our support team.
